Mentee & Booking Terms

1. Appointment Booking & Payment

All bookings are subject to the availability of the Mentor. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking via our integrated payment gateway (e.g., Razorpay). Your booking is only confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Standard Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the session start time are eligible for a full refund (minus any non-refundable platform processing fees).
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session start time are not eligible for a refund.
• Mentor No-Show: In the rare event a Mentor fails to attend, you are entitled to a full refund or a free rescheduled session.

3. Conduct & Professionalism

Mentees are expected to treat Mentors with respect and professionalism. Any form of harassment, hate speech, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session without refund and potential permanent suspension from the Platform.

4. Non-Circumvention

You agree not to solicit Mentors for off-platform payments or private arrangements. All communication and subsequent sessions with Mentors discovered through Career Coach Connect must be managed and paid for through the Platform.

5. No Guarantee of Outcomes

While our Mentors are industry experts, the Platform and the Mentors do not guarantee specific employment results, salary increases, or academic success. The advice provided is based on the Mentor's personal experience and professional opinion.

6. Intellectual Property & Recording

You shall not record, distribute, or publicize any part of a mentorship session without the explicit written consent of the Mentor and Career Coach Connect. Materials provided by Mentors are for your personal use only.

7. Privacy & Data

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By booking, you consent to sharing necessary professional details with the Mentor to facilitate a productive session.

8. Governing Law

These Booking Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from bookings shall be handled by the competent courts in **Hyderabad, Telangana**.
